Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

If no shipping instructions are provided by the customer, Agrimart will use its best judgement. Shipments are F.O.B. Owensboro. Shipments on certain hazard items may be delayed until proper arrangements can be made. Orders received before 1 pm (CST) will be shipped same-day under most circumstances. Orders received after 1 pm (CST) may be shipped the following business day.

Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. The day of pickup is also not included in shipping time. Handling time may range from 1-2 business days depending on time of year.

Ground shipping may take up to 5-7 business days, regardless of your proximity to Kentucky, because some parts may ship directly from a manufacturer. If parts are needed by a certain date, please consider selecting an upgraded shipping method.

**UPS has a maximum per-package weight of 150 lbs.** Orders over 150 lbs will require Freight Shipment

**FREE SHIPPING OFFERS ARE VALID ONLY FOR GROUND SERVICE** USA only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders requiring Freight services will be charged accordingly. Free Shipping value is up to $50.00, Customer will be charged difference on Freight/Ground Services.

Fixed Shipping: Some items will have "Fixed shipping" rates. These rates apply only to the intercontinental United States. Orders shipped outside the intercontinental United States will be asked to pay FedEx or UPS rates to the specfied location.

International Shipping

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.


For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.


Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

** Customer has 7 Days after receipt of product/package for any claims of damage or missing product. Any return items must be paid by customer. Customers are encouraged to purschase insurance on all products.

Return Policy:

Agrimart provides a free 30 day return policy. A 15% restocking fee will inccur after the 30 day period from invoice date on any return unless Agrimart was at fault. An RMA (PO #) must be included on package. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. No Returns on Opened Electronic Products (including moisture testers). Defective product may be sent for repair. No Returns on Special Orders / Non-Stock items. Drop shipped orders may be charged vendor restocking fees. Customers returning products after 120 days will be issued store credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please contact us if items are too large and require freight line transportation, and we will work with the customer to facilitate such transfers. All returned items should be insured for the customer’s protection.

Used Merchandise

Used merchandise may be repaired and/or returned at the manufacturer’s discretion, as opposed to being replaced or credited. Some items after being used will not be refunded (this includes spray tips). In the event that a customer returns used merchandise, Agrimart will will contact the customer about the return being denied and may ship the used merchandise back to the customer (at customer's expense).

Damaged/Missing Products

In the event of receiving a damaged or missing product you must contact us within 5 days after delivery. Failure to contact us within five business days may disqualify any warranties, replacements, and/or repairs.

Warranty Products

Any part that is covered under parts warranty will have to be sent in to our Vendor for warranty consideration. Agrimart has only so long to file a claim for a warranty part. Due to this, please return the warranty parts within 7-10 days after failure. Agrimart will not replace parts or credit parts until our vendor says the part is covered under warranty. Agrimart (and our vendors) will not pay any of the freight sent to and from us. It will be up to the customer to pay the freight of the part to the vendor and back into Agrimart.
